The best affordable hotel I've stayed in before. The staff was welcoming & exceptional. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment inside the room. The property was in a beautiful location, in many areas that count.

We really loved our double room with a view, and the courteous service along with the fantastic food made our stay truly enjoyable at this hotel.

Everything was great, so were lovely views of the valley. Stunning rooms were spotless inside. The staff was polite, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The breakfast was exceptionally nice with a lot of food, everybody can choose. Beautiful location of the hotel to Hudson valley or Ramsey train station. Liked their excellent service.

The hotel itself is beautiful the indoor pool is great

No refrigerator or a microwave in a hotel such as the Sheraton that should be the least they could do the location is terrible and cabs are expensive to move around if you go without a car the room itself was a regular room with nothing special about it

The place is cool and fantastic. the room is huge, recently renovated, and has mountain views. the brilliantly friendly staff and great prime location make it a great choice! There's a Tim Hortons nearby offering convenient takeout.

The location is great, just 2 miles from Ramapo College. The staff is exceptionally friendly and excellent. You can park your car on-site. The rooms are spotless with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The double room we stayed in had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The bathroom was spacious, and having a bath was a nice touch. The prime and quiet location in the Mahwah area was a definite plus.
